1. Limited Warranty (1 Year Coverage)

DREWT provides a limited warranty valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.

Covered Under Warranty:

• Failure of LED components or electronics under normal operating conditions
• Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery

Not Covered Under Warranty:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
• Any modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
• Physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, impact damage, or water intrusion caused after delivery
• Damage resulting from external factors (e.g., accidents, environmental exposure, or electrical issues from the vehicle)

DREWT reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this limited warranty.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

If your product arrives damaged during shipping:

• You must take clear photographic evidence immediately upon delivery, prior to installation or use
• Failure to provide photographic proof before installation may result in denial of the claim

All shipping damage claims are subject to review and approval.

3. Refund Policy

All Sales Final After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

If you request a cancellation before your order has shipped, a refund may be issued under the following condition:

• A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase from DREWT, you acknowledge and agree to:

• All terms and conditions stated herein

If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
