1. Limited Warranty (1 Year Coverage)
DREWT provides a limited warranty valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery for DREWT Tails, C5 Corvette roof wings, and C5 Corvette drag wings. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use conditions.
Covered Under Warranty:
- Failure of LED components or electronics under normal operating conditions (DREWT Tails)
- Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- Physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, impact damage, or water intrusion caused after delivery
- Damage resulting from external factors (e.g., accidents, environmental exposure, or electrical issues from the vehicle)
DREWT reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not reduce any rights you may have under applicable law.
Approved Warranty Claims
Contact DREWT before returning a product. For an approved covered claim, the customer pays the cost of shipping the item back to DREWT. DREWT will ship a new replacement product to the customer at DREWT's expense after the returned item is reviewed to confirm the covered defect.
Shop Labor Quotes
DREWT will review the shop's labor quote for removal and installation related to a covered warranty claim and determine whether the quoted charges are reasonable and eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement is subject to DREWT's approval of the quote, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.
A replacement may depend on available stock or an incoming shipment and may take several months. DREWT will provide the available estimated timeframe and updates if that estimate changes. These terms do not waive or limit any rights available under applicable law.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
If your product arrives damaged during shipping:
- You must take clear photographic evidence immediately upon delivery, prior to installation or use
- Failure to provide photographic proof before installation may result in denial of the claim
All shipping damage claims are subject to review and approval. This process does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
3. Refund Policy
All Sales Final After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final and non-refundable for change-of-mind requests, subject to applicable law and the warranty and shipping-damage terms above.
Pre-Shipment Cancellation
If you request a voluntary cancellation before your order has shipped, a refund may be issued under the following condition:
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This voluntary cancellation policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law, including rights that may apply if shipment is delayed.
4. Fitment and Installation
The roof wing and drag wing are designed for C5 Corvettes. The Drag Wing fits all C5 body styles; the Roof Wing is intended for the C5 coupe. Confirm your vehicle and the product details before ordering, and contact DREWT with fitment questions before purchase.
Follow the installation instructions supplied with your product. Installation should be completed on a clean, suitable surface using the supplied mounting method. If you are unsure about fitment, surface preparation, or installation, use a qualified automotive professional. DREWT is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
5. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase from DREWT, you acknowledge and agree to:

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Product Installation and Use
Follow the product-specific instructions supplied with your order. Before applying adhesive or modifying the product or vehicle, inspect the wing and test fit it on the intended vehicle. If it is damaged or does not fit correctly, stop and contact DREWT before continuing. Inspect an installed wing before use and stop using the vehicle if the wing becomes loose, damaged, or unsafe. Do not use a product in a way that creates a safety hazard.
RGB Tail Lights
RGB modes must be used in accordance with applicable vehicle-lighting laws and must not impair required lighting or signals. DREWT does not make a compliance certification or approval claim, and off-road use does not create an exception to applicable law.
Aftermarket Product Notice
DREWT products are independent aftermarket products. References to Corvette, C5, or C6 identify compatibility or intended fitment only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the vehicle manufacturer.
Claims and Order Information
For a warranty, shipping-damage, or order claim, contact DREWT with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when relevant. Contact DREWT before returning any product so the claim can be reviewed and next steps can be provided.
Delayed Shipments
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised or agreed time, DREWT will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law. Where the law requires a cancellation and full refund because of a shipping delay, that refund will be issued without the 10% voluntary cancellation fee.
The version of these terms accepted when you complete a purchase applies to that order. DREWT may update these terms for future purchases, subject to applicable law and without limiting rights that apply to an existing order.
